The successful candidate is required to work both independently and as a member of a team, interacting effectively with business personnel to get new clients and maintain the existing ones.

Job Summary

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to Human Resources manager;
  • Make travel arrangements;
  • Handle and verify all invoices and expenses;
  • Build spreadsheets and enter high volumes of data;
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
  • Recruiting, staffing & Office supply logistics;
  • Office supplies management (ordering, pickup, delivery planning);
  • Short listing the resumes, arrangement of interviews
  • Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
  • Assisting with employee relations;
  • Company employee communication;
  • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
  • Incoming Mail management


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluency in English Language (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to schedule and execute activities under strict time constraints
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, WORD, MS Project)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial industry
  • Self-initiated, fast learner with a positive attitude.
  • Organized, accurate and hardworking character.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understand and stay current on all Canadian labor laws and regulations.
  • Having a creative and innovative approach
